Mutliple Best Puppy In Show Champion

LionKing Glory Days

We are pleased to introduce to the fancy, MBPIS Lionking Glory Days, informally known as Ginger, for us she is a breeders dream.

We are most grateful to have a wonderful female representative of her illustrious lineage…. Her sire Am & Can Ch. St. Aubrey Galliano of Elsdon is a half brother to the great BIS BISS Am & Can Ch. St. Aubrey Jubilation of Eldon who holds the record as Canada’s Top BIS winning toy of all time.

Her first time in the ring at just six months of age, She was awarded the Toy Group and Best Puppy in Show, under Pekingese breed specialist Mr. Michael Hill of Akarana fame.

To date she has been awarded:
3 Toy Group Firsts
2 Group Thirds
1 Group Fourth
15 Best Puppy in Groups
3 Best Puppy in Shows

At 9 months of age she is currently ranked
Canada’s #1 Pekingese Female
Canada’s #3 Toy Puppy

The future indeed looks most promising for this young “star quality” Pekingese female. Our sincere appreciation to all of the judges and exhibitor’s who have been very complimentary and supportive of Ginger.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to Gwenn Nash, of Katerings Pekingese for entrusting me with a foundation bitch on which to build my line. Alex and I owe you a debt of gratitude beyond words.

We are pleased to have Robert and Barbara Denis of Lotus Kennels as mentors and co-owners of this beautiful young bitch.

AN UPATE ON GINGER

What did Ginger go on to accomplish in the show ring?
Ginger was awarded a Group first from the junior puppy class at 6 months of age at her first show under Pekingese legend Mr. Michael Hill of Akarana Pekingese. She had quite a puppy career with 2 RBIS to Canada’s Top Dog of all breeds as a puppy and a total of 10 Best Puppy in Show wins in 2015.

She has been to one Pekingese Club of America weekend where she was awarded two 5 point majors and was RWB on her third appearance.

After taking time off to have her first litter, Ginger returned to the ring for two very memorable occasions in 2018 …. She was shown to Michael Hill and He awarded her Best in Show. A dream come true for Nathalie as a breeder-owner-handler to have not only had Mr. Hill reward her as a junior puppy but also as a mature adult. She was also shown at the Pekin Palace Pekingese Specialty that November in a stellar line up of no less that 6 Best in Show winners. She was awarded Best in Specialty under world renowned Toy authority Mr. Ed Bivin.
