Therapy dogs from St. John Ambulance are joining Pearson’s Welcome Team Volunteer Program.
The dogs will be roaming Terminals 1 and 3 with their handlers.
The dogs will be identifiable by their official red and white St. John Ambulance bandana, while their handlers will be wearing distinctive blue vests or jackets.

When people engage with therapy dogs, it’s known to have a positive effect. People often feel more calm and less anxious.
Passengers are welcome to walk up to the dogs and pet them.
Each team will work one 2 hour shift per week.
